My Story

 

Rylee Dee's Boutique, a blessing come true.

Becoming pregnant at 21 with my 1st child, I was extremely excited & overwhelmed. As all new moms are! Once we found out our new addition to our family was going to be a girl, in typical Natalie fashion, I went against the status quo. I swore my child would not wear pink, big bows, & all the unnecessary fashion accessories girls wear.

However, once she arrived..my entire vision of having a baby girl changed. Pink started to overtake her wardrobe, bows started to fill her dresser, & little did I know..I started to "bling" her out. As Rylee got more independent, she started to influence what she wore each day. Hair pretties were harder to come by because they were too much for me and not enough for her. 

At this time in our lives, I just had our second child, a baby boy and had gotten laid off from my work from home job. With a need for that second income still, I strived to create something that I could use for her and use for extra income as well. After multiple attempts in different niches, spending many long nights of trial & error, I started creating with what I saw my Nan do growing up...sew.
 

Rylee Dee's Boutique [named after my oldest] was born. I started with simple bow clips, bow headbands, and top knots...My creativity did not let me stop there though. Once the bows became an easy process for me, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone. I ventured into making clothing pieces that you will not find at your local stores. Basic bloomers, peplum tops & dress, criss cross back dress, that provided simplicity & modest coverage. 

Today, Rylee Dee's is not only an outlet for me to have time to myself & create those special pieces for your little girls, but it also a way that I provide for my 4 children. Over the past 11 years I have been blessed with countless support, love, & dedication to my little shop from you all. I am beyond grateful to be able to keep creating for you for generations to come.

Rylee Dee's, to me, was a fairy tale that was hidden inside myself.
