RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final upon order completion. Returns and/or order cancellations are not accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
I understand sometimes things do not fit the way they are needed to - no matter how well you measure your child for the size chart. I am happy to exchange sizes for you. However, we do not accept exchanges for new prints. Your RD piece must be exchanged for the same print that was ordered. If the print is no longer available, a store credit will be given.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL (ryleedeesboutique@gmail.com) 3 DAYS AFTER CONFIRMED USPS DELIEVERY.
All exchanges must be sent back UNWORN & in the original packaging. **Please note - the bonus bags sent with your order are yours to keep & DO NOT need to be sent back with your skirt.**
USPS POLICY
Once your packages have been picked up by USPS and shipped, the package is no longer my responsibility. It is the best to call their customer service, contact your local office, and request text updates on their tracking website.
However, I am happy to help as much as I can. USPS can be tricky to deal especially over the holiday seasons & I am not afraid to get a little bossy with them if needed.
